Mr. Aronson is a founding Board Member of Global Biofuels Alliance, Inc. (GBA), established in 2010. GBA is a new nonprofit trade association representing small to midsize biofuels producers, traders, marketers, distributors, and other interested biofuels parties. The GBA’s formation was prompted by the need for a voice for small and medium sized companies active in the U.S. biofuels industry. The new Alliance is committed to providing such a voice to ensure that federal policy and policy makers respond to the issues facing its members.
The GBA’s first successful endeavor was to educate Congressional leadership to reinstate and extend the Federal Biodiesel Blenders Tax Credit. This was done when President Obama signed HR 4853 Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2010 into Law on December 17, 2010. In the future, GBA anticipates that federal incentive priorities for the biofuels industry will shift from the traditional tax credit to other policies. Therefore, the GBA will continually work with its members and with other national associations to shape future federal policies and legislation that will positively benefit small and medium sized companies active in the biofuels industry.
In addition, members of the Global Biofuels Alliance have access to Tier 1 Health Effects testing data for biodiesel from an agreement GBA has with one of it’s founding members, Nextfuels, Inc. For more information, visit GBA’s website @www.globalbiofuels.org

Ray Inman
Chief Executive Officer
In 2003, Mr. Inman started his own business - DSI Fabrication, Inc. where he began to design and manufacture a wide range of products from aluminum trusses to biodiesel processors. It was at this time that Mr. Inman became very interested in the field of biofuels and therefore started an extensive self education curriculum to learn the science of producing biodiesel from waste vegetable oil. After thoroughly engrossing himself, he became an expert on how to design, build, and operate a biodiesel facility.
In 2006, he joined the St. Johns County, Florida Biofuels Division as the Biofuels Technician. Tasked with transforming the county’s pilot plant to a full-scale biodiesel production plant, Mr. Inman rebuilt the facility from the ground up. He has operated and maintained the county’s biodiesel facility and programs for approximately five years, which includes overseeing the blending of diesel and biodiesel for use in the county’s fleet of diesel vehicles.
