DSI Biodiesel, LLC is a green company which has a biodiesel program that consists of a comprehensive environmental approach to Fats, Oils, & Grease (FOG) management by recycling waste vegetable oils (WVO), reducing FOG related sanitary sewer overflows, reducing city, county, or local government diesel fuel costs by producing ASTM D 6751 quality biodiesel from the WVO collected, and helping city, county, or local governments have a renewable energy source of biodiesel fuel for their diesel fleet vehicles & not be dependent on foreign oil supplies.

While employed with St. Johns County, Ray Inman designed, built, and installed the biodiesel processing facility at the St. Johns County, Florida fleet vehicle facility.  Started in 2006, the St. Johns County, Florida biodiesel facility is currently producing 250 gallons of B100 biodiesel a day but is capable to produce up to 500 gallons of day of ASTM D 6751 quality biodiesel.  The "state of the art" touch screen computer system used by DSI Biodiesel, LLC runs the various process equipment from pretreatment of the waste vegetable oil to final filtering of the B100 biodiesel product.  DSI Biodiesel, LLC can design and build a biodiesel facility to meet your city, county, state, or municipality needs.  Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Buildings can be designed and built by DSI Biodiesel, LLC to house the biodiesel facility.

In addition, the company can assist in developing a Fats, Oils, & Grease (FOG) program to help reduce sanitary sewer overflows/ combined sanitary sewer overflows and improve the operation of the municipal wastewater treatment plant.
